Career Advice

The GWGC class had a great session last night where Lynne Pettit came to speak to us about getting the work we want for the rest of our lives. Here's a picture of our fearless leader in his most natural position: smiling and happy.

After going through exercises Lynne put before us, we were privileged to hear a great statement made by Ahmed Alsharit and Scott Marshall. Here's what they told us regarding choosing what work you want to do:

"If you know how to do it, you love it, your ok with it, then find a place that needs it and do it"

We are also lucky to have a update from one of our recent graduates, David Merrell:
"Thanks for checking in. I am currently in Hangzhou China working for a company called International Down Feather Laboratories we help companies with their QA programs with down feather, fabric and other textiles. I am managing the sales and marketing here. We plan on staying here for one year."
